Information on development and access to more unstable versions.

Given my coding style, any of my releases can be considered unstable - there are billions of buffer overflows to be exploited, to say the least. However, for the really interested(ing), you can always try to help close a few of those holes.

The tarballs make a good standard to patch against, but they are rarely released. Thus, you will probably want more 'cutting-edge' releases - these can be gotten by Sourceforge's CVS services.

As according to the site documentation, daily snapshot tarballs of the netrun CVS tree (for the suicidally bored) are available at: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cvstarballs/netrun-cvsroot.tar.gz

For those who want it, details on anonymous CVS read from the netrun CVS tree are available at http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=3729. More conveniently for some purposes is the web-based anonymous CVS access is available at http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi?cvsroot=netrun.

Please note that the nature of the code could change from one day to the next - I have a habit of making `sweeping' changes every so often, making patching difficult. The program cannot be relied upon to remain internally consistent - I might even unexpectedly switch to native X11 development if I thought it was justified.
